Camden needed a new video for its on-campus apartment community, and it needed to be one that would engage both the student and parent in meaningful conversation with compelling and relatable content. They needed a video that would differentiate Camden Miramar from the competition and sell the value with real people and real stories.


To reflect the diverse demographic, community, lifestyle and top selling points for Camden Miramar, we conducted extensive interviews with the Director of Housing and Residence Life, Upperclassmen, Freshmen, Graduates, Resident Advisors and the VP for Student Engagement and Success at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. Each interview gathered different perspectives that supported the top selling points for Camden Miramar, and accurately reflected the diversity, community and lifestyle enjoyed by all.
