The key demographic at the urban Camden Greenway community is millennials who love the community’s social aspects and central Houston location. We filmed selected residents and employees that matched the demographic walking dogs, playing in the park, swimming in the pool and relaxing at a real resident social event. Animated graphics, Instagram-style filters using lens flares, and upbeat music gave the Camden Greenway video a younger vibe.
